We're thrilled to have you join our adventure on Survival Blocks! To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone, we've established these guidelines. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions or need clarification, don't hesitate to contact an administrator or moderator.
1. Community Conduct:
• 1.1 English Language: Please use English in public chat channels. Private channels or direct messages are suitable for other languages or casual slang.
• 1.2 Respectful Communication: Avoid spamming, repetitive messages, or engaging in behavior that disrupts the chat.
• 1.3 Kindness & Consideration: Treat all community members with respect. Avoid humor or actions that intentionally harm or offend others.
2. Survival Gameplay:
• 2.1 Self-Reliance: This is a Player vs. Environment (PvE) survival server. Players are expected to gather resources, survive, and progress independently. Embrace the challenge of survival, and enjoy the journey of building your own world.
• 2.2 Staff Assistance: Staff are available to answer questions and provide information, but they will not provide in-game assistance that undermines the survival experience (e.g., spawning items, teleporting).
3. Fair Play & Integrity:
• 3.1 No Cheating: Hacking, exploiting game mechanics, or duplicating items is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, flight hacks, kill aura, and packet spam.
• 3.2 Allowed Modifications: Client-side modifications that enhance the user interface, such as mini-maps, waypoints, and inventory sorting, are generally permitted.
• 3.3 Bug Reporting: Report any discovered bugs or exploits privately to staff. Responsible disclosure will not result in punishment. Exploiting bugs for personal gain is a violation of the rules.
4. Claims & Property:
• 4.1 Claim Protection: Use the server's claim system (/kit Claims) to protect your builds and chests. Unprotected items and structures are subject to theft or griefing.
• 4.2 Respectful Interactions: Building within another player's claim in a way that prevents them from playing is prohibited.
• 4.3 Trust & Responsibility: Granting access to your claims is at your own risk. Staff will not intervene in disputes arising from misplaced trust.
5. Base Safety:
• 5.1 Player Responsibility: Entering another player's base is done at your own risk. Traps and environmental hazards may exist. Staff are not responsible for deaths occurring within player-built structures.
6. Proximity & Community:
• 6.1 Respectful Distances: Avoid building too close to other players without their consent.
• 6.2 View Distance Rule: Generally, build outside of another player's view distance to ensure adequate personal space.
• 6.3 Village Ownership: Claiming villages is recommended to prevent others from doing so. Using villages without claiming them does not guarantee protection from other players.
• 6.4 Communication is key: If you have an issue with someones building location, please communicate with that player, or staff.
7. Alt Accounts:
• 7.1 Alt Account Usage: Alt accounts are currently permitted. However, this rule may be modified if abuse occurs.
8. Rule Changes:
• 8.1 The Survival Blocks staff reserve the right to modify or enforce these rules at any time without prior notice, to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
